Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cerebral infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and whose large vessel occlusion (internal carotid artery, M1 or M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery) is confirmed by cranial CTA, MRA or DSA; 2. Within 24 hours of onset; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4. The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form for the surgery; 5.The mTICI reached grade 2b-3 after vascular recanalization surgery; 6. The patient has good acoustic transmission through the temporal window, and cerebral blood flow can be detected through the temporal window.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The bilateral temporal Windows were closed and cerebral blood flow could not be detected; 2. Other serious cardiovascular, respiratory and hematological diseases that affect the prognosis of the patient, etc; 3. The patient's mRS Was greater than 2 points before the onset of the disease.
