Postoperative low back pain after cesarean section

Interventions

Nalbuphine combined with ropivacaine group:In group NR, 4 mL of mixture of 0.5 % ropivacaine 20 mg and nalbuphine 10 mg was given, and local infiltration was performed layer by layer along the punctur
Ropivacaine group:0.5% ropivacaine 20 mg was infiltrated layer by layer along the epidural needle anesthesia puncture path.

20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous women aged 20–38 years with full-term singleton pregnancy; 2. ASA physical status classification II–III; 3. Scheduled for cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 4. No history of chronic low back pain, depression, neurological or psychiatric disorders; 5. Signed informed consent obtained preoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to nalbuphine or ropivacaine; 2. Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 3. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 4. History of mental illness or long-term antidepressant treatment; 5. Pregnancy with severe complications (e.g., preeclampsia, placental abruption); 6. Refusal to participate in the study.
