Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gout must meet the 2015 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) classification criteria for gout; 2.Age must be >= 18 years and <= 75 years. 3.Exclusion of malignant diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The ultrasound image quality is insufficient / does not meet the required standards. 2.Important clinical data missing; 3.eGFR <30 ml/min; 4.complicated with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis or infectious arthritis;
