Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease specified in the 2016 guidelines and have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); 2. Patients with stable conditions after PCI; 3. Patients with a score of >37 on the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart (TSK-SV Heart) indicating kinesiophobia; 4. Patients with muscle strength grade ? (complete range of motion against moderate resistance); 5. Age between 18 and 75 years; 6. Provided informed consent and had sufficient time to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe arrhythmias or other conditions unsuitable for resistance exercise; 2. Patients with other severe acute or chronic diseases that prevent participation in the study; 3. Patients with significant hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4. Patients who refuse to participate in the study. Patients meeting any of the above criteria shall be excluded.
