Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired thermoregulatory function 2. Simultaneous coronary artery bypass grafting and carotid endarterectomy. 3. 3 days before operation, the core temperature was > 38? 4. The operation was changed to cardiopulmonary bypass. 5. Events that affect the patient's body temperature, such as allergic reaction, occur during the operation.
