Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients with ASA grades I-III; 2.Cardiac surgery under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge preoperative renal dysfunction; 2.Previous history of cardiac surgery; 3.AKI has occurred or has undergone hemodialysis; 4.Ineffective intraoperative rescue or death; 5.Excessive use of nephrotoxic drugs during the perioperative period; 6.Previous history of kidney surgery; 7.History of previous blood diseases;
