Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender not restricted. 2.Presenting with symptoms such as chest tightness and chest pain, or having a clear history of coronary heart disease in the past; 3.Agree to participate in the questionnaire survey and plan or have completed coronary CTA/angiography examination; 4.Capable of providing fasting blood samples for biochemical testing; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT > 3 times ULN, eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 2.Psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairments preventing the completion of the questionnaire; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Within 24 hours of acute myocardial infarction; 5.Those who have previously undergone coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) (as anatomical changes affect the score); 6.Those who refuse to participate in the study or are unable to complete the necessary examinations.
