Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included patients from the Department of Infectious Diseases, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2028. Eligible patients were aged =20 years and were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, defined by positive anti-HCV antibodies and quantifiable serum HCV RNA levels persisting for =6 months. Patients with compensated cirrhosis were also included. All enrolled patients had previously experienced treatment failure following combination therapy with direct-acting antivirals (DAAs).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if clinical data were incomplete or if they were considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
