18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18 years or above but no more than 75 years old; 2. The case group requires patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's thyroid disease; 3. The normal group requires patients without hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's thyroid disease, and their age and gender should match those of the case group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.People with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 3.People with thyroid cancer, active thyroiditis, or those using thyroid medications or iodine preparations;
