Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) according to the KDIGO 2023 guidelines, defined as having an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) 30 mg/g for at least three months; 2. Age: Between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Possess complete cognitive functions with basic literacy skills; 4. Be willing to provide a written informed consent form indicating voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious comorbidities (such as NYHA grade III-IV heart failure, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases); 2. There is cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Being pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Participated in other interventional clinical trials within the past three months.
