Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of patients of viral hepatitis B : 1. The patient has been HBsAg positive for at least 6 months; 2. Agree to liver biopsy histological examination; 3. Individuals without severe claustrophobia and able to cooperate with MRI scanning for breathing and breath holding requirements. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: no severe claustrophobia, no history of hepatitis and other chronic liver diseases, and no obvious abnormality in two and a half pairs of hepatitis B B and liver function tests after inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with co-infection of other hepatitis viruses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic liver diseases, and other liver diseases; 2. Patients who have not obtained biopsy specimens and thus cannot undergo histopathological examination; 3. Patients whose images contain a large amount of respiratory artifacts and cannot be post-processed.
