Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older; 2.Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery during the study period; 3.Patients who have provided written informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with medical contraindications to the assigned skin antiseptic; 2.Previous surgery with implants (e.g., internal fixation, external fixation, joint prosthesis, etc.) within 90 days; 3.Emergency spinal surgery; 4.Pre-existing surgical site infection of the spine; 5.Expected survival of less than 90 days; 6.Currently participating in another clinical study; 7.Inability to provide informed consent due to impaired consciousness or language barrier, and no informed consent obtainable from family members or legal guardians;
