Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 2–12 years, any gender; 2. Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), confirmed by a qualified child psychiatrist; 3.Nonverbal or minimally verbal children, defined as having severely limited functional spoken language, communicating either nonverbally or with single words or simple fixed phrases, and unable to engage in coherent conversation; 4. Ability to tolerate wearing wearable devices (e.g., wrist-worn devices) without exhibiting severe rejection behaviors; 5. Parent or legal guardian is informed about the study’s purpose and procedures, provides voluntary participation, and signs written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe neurological disorders (e.g., frequent seizures, cerebral palsy) that may affect the stability of physiological signals; 2. Severe hearing impairment, visual impairment, or motor disabilities that may interfere with voice recording or gesture behaviors; 3.Severe dermatological conditions at the device site (e.g., eczema) or extreme sensitivity to plastic/metal materials, which may affect contact with wearable device electrodes; 4. Children who are extremely uncooperative, making data collection impossible.
