Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 18 years old, diagnosed with stage III-IV periodontitis, and at least 4 affected teeth on both sides with probing depth = 5mm; 2.No periodontal basic treatment, including debridement, curettage, flap surgery and other debridement treatments, has been carried out for half a year; 3.The patients had clear thinking, barrier free communication and high compliance; 4.The number of teeth that can be retained on one side of the mouth is greater than or equal to 10 teeth;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled and stable systemic diseases, such as progressive liver diseases, infectious diseases, severe trauma, renal failure, rheumatoid, hematological diseases, mental diseases and diabetes, etc; 2.Patients who cannot be treated with ultrasound, such as those with pacemaker installed and pacemaker may be interfered by ultrasound; 3.Pregnant women, women in pregnancy and lactation; 4.Suffering from malignant tumor or during the treatment of chemoradiotherapy, targeted drugs or bisphosphonates; 5.During orthodontic treatment; Or patients who have received orthodontics within half a year; 6.smoke;
