Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients attending the pain clinic outpatient department or inpatient ward; 2. Aged >=18 years with full capacity for civil conduct; 3. Conscious and clear-minded, able to communicate normally and understand the questionnaire content; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study, having signed the informed consent form, and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey; 5. Able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of an interviewer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete primary data; 2.Those with severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia, delirium, etc.) who are unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; 3.Those with previously diagnosed severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 4.Those who have experienced major negative life events within the past 3 months (such as bereavement, divorce, major natural disasters, etc.); 5.Those complicated with severe functional failure of important organs such as heart, liver, or kidney with unstable conditions; 6.Those already participating in this study or other similar studies; 7.Other circumstances that the researcher considers may affect the study results.
