Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 2.Diagnosed with colonic pedunculated polyps through colonoscopy and underwent HSP removal treatment. 3.Have complete perioperative data and postoperative follow-up records; 4.The patient can cooperate to complete the colonoscopy examination and postoperative bleeding monitoring.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lesions that are highly suspected to be submucosal invasive cancer or require surgical treatment under endoscopy; 2.Serious adverse events occurred during the operation (uncontrollable active bleeding, perforation, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, etc.); 3.Preoperative ASA classification >= V level; 4.The underlying diseases that significantly increase the risk of bleeding (inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, coagulation disorders) are combined; 5.The patient explicitly refused to be included in any clinical retrospective studies or records.
