Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent IVF-ET in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October, 2025 to December, 2027; 2.20-40 years old; 3.BMI >= 25 kg/m^2; 4.AMH >=1.2ng/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing weight loss treatment with products or through weight loss surgery; 2. Have undergone IVF-ET assisted pregnancy treatment within the past 3 months; 3. Have uterine abnormalities that affect embryo implantation (including uterine adenomyosis, uterine fibroids within the myometrium or on the serosa, intrauterine adhesions, etc.); 4. Patients with organic obesity (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism); 5. Other patients deemed ineligible for inclusion by the researchers.
