18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets Sepsis-3 septic shock diagnosis; 3. The first microcirculation monitoring and the first blood sample collection can be completed within 6 hours after ICU admission or after clear onset of shock; 4. The patient or legal representative signs the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Expected death within 24 hours or withdrawal of treatment; 3. Severe oral mucosal damage/unable to perform sublingual monitoring; 4. End-stage condition caused by long-term immunosuppression; 5. Complicated by non-infectious shock requiring immediate surgical hemostasis
