Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor tissue sample quality precluding proteomic analysis (e.g., RNA degradation or insufficient protein abundance); 2.inability to definitively confirm paired “inflamed–non-inflamed” tissue relationships; 3.presence of concomitant intestinal malignancies, infectious enteric diseases, or other non–IBD-related gastrointestinal disorders; 4.receipt of specific treatments prior to sampling that could substantially alter intestinal protein expression.
