18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: Between 18 and 50 years. 2.Condition: Presence of lower eyelid fat prolapse and tear trough depression, with good skin elasticity. 3.Health status: Generally healthy, with no history of severe systemic diseases or dermatologic disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with loose or lax lower eyelid skin. 2.Patients with a history of severe systemic diseases or dermatologic disorders. 3.Patients who have previously undergone lower eyelid–related surgery or received periocular filler injections. 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with unstable psychological conditions who are unable to communicate effectively.
