Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, including valve repair or replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic surgery, etc. 2. Anesthesia method: general anesthesia; 3. Operation time: >=2H; 4. Older than 18 years old; 5. The patient was conscious and had no mental disorder; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing pressure injuries; 2. Patients with skin diseases that affect observation.
