Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During early pregnancy (11-13+6 weeks), an ultrasound examination confirms they meet the diagnostic criteria for low-lying placenta; 2. They have established perinatal care records in this hospital and completed standardized regular prenatal check-ups; 3. They possess complete series of prenatal follow-up records, including delivery outcome information; 4. Their pregnancy medical records are complete and can trace the history of pregnancy-related complications and comorbidities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal pregnancy outcomes: including spontaneous abortion, therapeutic abortion, embryonic development arrest, or stillbirth; 2. Severely incomplete data: missing key ultrasound images, missing two or more consecutive scheduled prenatal check-ups, or missing delivery outcome records.
