Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Successful implantation of IVAP via the internal jugular or subclavian vein; 2.Totally implantable venous access port; 3.Patients who have undergone continuous maintenance for 2 or more times; 4.Type of locking solution (heparin saline or normal saline) clearly recorded in medical/nursing documentation and relatively consistent (e.g., >90% of maintenance uses the same locking solution); 5.Age >= 18 years; 6.Patients undergoing maintenance in outpatient settings during the interval period; 7.No thrombosis detected by ultrasound before catheterization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe hematological diseases; 2.Mixed or frequently changed types of locking solution; 3.Patients with severe coagulation disorders (e.g., active disseminated intravascular coagulation) or on long-term therapeutic anticoagulation; 4.Catheter removal due to catheter-related thrombosis (CRT) or catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) during the study period; 5.Presence of pinch-off syndrome, catheter rupture, no blood return on.
