18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received PRP treatment between March 2022 and January 2025, aged 18–80 years, and diagnosed with chronic upper gastrointestinal fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction and bleeding disorders; 2. Serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Cannot tolerate anesthesia; 4. In a state of pregnancy; 5. Acute stage of stroke; 6. Mental illness; 7. Patients who are unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 8. History of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer in the past two months; 9. Hb 1cm; 11. With a follow-up period of less than 6 months
