Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-60 years old, occupational exposure workers. 2. Patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by heavy metal poisoning who meet the diagnostic criteria for "Occupational Chronic Metal Toxic Peripheral Neuropathy" as stipulated by national standards and are classified as having "Qi deficiency with blood stasis and collaterals obstruction" syndrome according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation. 3. Signing the informed consent form: Voluntary participation and signing of the ethical review documents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Concurrent severe diseases: severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction (ALT>80 U/L or Cr>133 µmol/L), and primary hematopoietic system disorders. 3. Skin damage or infection at the treatment site 4. History of allergy to the investigational drug. 5. High risk of lost to follow-up: Inability to ensure follow-up compliance (e.g., frequent business trips, remote residence locations).
