Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Differentiated thyroid cancer; 2.Initial surgery; This surgery completed thyroidectomy + central compartment lymph node dissection (single or bilateral level VI) + unilateral neck dissection (levels II, III, and IV of the neck); 3.Stage T1–T3 without distant metastasis; Stable vital signs after surgery, allowing early oral intake;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.During the operation, large - volume chyle injury has been identified and requires special treatment; 2.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, active and severe gastrointestinal diseases (affecting fat absorption), or other situations requiring long - term fasting; 3.Allergy to MCT oil/food ingredients; pregnancy and lactation; severe compliance disorder;
