Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Refer to the early activity guidelines for ICU patients , including ages between 18 and 85 years old; 2.Patients who are conscious and undergoing CRRT treatment can only engage in bed activities; 3.Informed consent: I or my family members voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form after giving their consent; 4.On the basis of the above inclusion criteria, the experimental group added: individuals with normal vision who can cooperate with VR use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CRRT equipment frequently alarms (1 hour>10 times, or frequent alarms after a little activity); 2.Continuous blood oxygen saturation SpO2170mmHg, diastolic blood pressure60% and/or positive end expiratory pressure PEEP>10cmH2O);
