Group A: conventional brace control group (n=13):Conventional brace treatment

10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with moderate AIS based on the relevant standards of the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) and confirmed through clinical diagnosis and imaging examinations such as X-rays; 2.Aged 10-18 years; 3.Risser sign of 0-3; 4.Main curve Cobb angle of 25°-45°; 5.No prior spinal orthotic or rehabilitation treatment; 6.Residing in Guangxi and willing to actively cooperate with the treatment plan;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-idiopathic scoliosis, which is scoliosis caused by neuromuscular diseases, vertebral developmental malformations, trauma, tumors, or other conditions; 2.Those with a history of spinal or lower limb surgery; 3.Those with severe cognitive impairment or who are unable to communicate for other reasons; 4.Those with other chronic diseases that have a severe impact on quality of life;
