18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 75 years old; 2. Diagnosed with esophageal cancer through pathology, planning to undergo minimally invasive esophageal cancer radical surgery (such as thoracoscopic assistance); 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m ²; 5. The preoperative lung function test was basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who already have severe lung diseases (such as severe COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary arterial hypertension) or require long-term home oxygen therapy before surgery; 2. Combined severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction (such as NYHA heart function grade III-IV); 3. Patients who require emergency surgery, severe pleural adhesions, or are expected to have difficulty in surgery or need to undergo thoracotomy; 4. Preoperative identification of difficult airways; 5. Those who do not cooperate with the research plan or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
