Chronic heart failure

Interventions

Intervention group:articipants in the intervention group received face-to-face health education (mainly oral health education) in the hospital to teach them skills such as brushing teeth and gargling.
Control group:They will receive routine hospital education, discharge guidance and follow-up by telephone/wechat outside the hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with heart failure by a cardiologist 2.Age >= 60 years old 3.Capable of completing the questionnaire in written or oral form 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study 5.Capable of using a smartphone and proficient in operating WeChat, and has not participated in other intervention studies recently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Within the past month, there has been an acute myocardial infarction episode 2.There are other serious comorbidities or complications in other systems, such as malignant tumors, functional failure of organs like the liver, kidneys, and lungs, and mental disorders, etc
