Interventions

Gold Standard:Late gadolinium enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance (LGE-CMR) is regarded as the "gold standard" for noninvasive assessment of myocardial fibrosis.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case Group: (1) Age >18 years; (2) Definite diagnosis of heart disease [atrial fibrillation, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, ischemic cardiomyopathy, ventricular tachycardia, etc.]; (3) Have undergone or agree to undergo ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and sign the informed consent form; 2. Control Group: (1) Age > 18 years; (2) No history of heart disease; (3) Have undergone or agree to undergo ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case Group: (1) Severe valvular heart disease or congenital heart disease; (2) Presence of other severe systemic diseases that may affect fibrosis indicators: 1) Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 2) Autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis); 3) Active malignant tumor; 4) Known systemic fibrotic disease (e.g., pulmonary fibrosis); (3) Inability to cooperate with PET/MR examination (e.g., claustrophobia, severe arrhythmia); (4) History of allergy to radiopharmaceuticals; 2. Control Group: (1) Symptoms or signs of heart disease; (2) ECG or other examinations suggesting possible heart disease; (3) Presence of other severe systemic diseases that may affect fibrosis indicators (same as above);
