Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis/insufficiency in accordance with the guideline standards and who underwent TAVR surgery; 2. Age >= 18; 3. Visited the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2018 to December 2026; 4. Had undergone TAVR surgery treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.More than 20% of the data is missing; 2.Patients undergoing TAVR who were judged by the researchers to be unsuitable for participation in this study
