Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50–85 years; 2. Undergoing coronary angiography or coronary CTA; 3. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant impairment of liver or kidney function (liver transaminases more than three times the upper limit of normal or end-stage chronic kidney disease with a glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min); 2. History of cardiac surgery, severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease (NYHA Class III–IV heart failure, cardiogenic shock, or respiratory failure, etc.); 3. Severe systemic diseases (e.g., hyperthyroidism, active infection, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or hematological disorders); 4. Participants who were lost to follow-up.
