18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–60 years; 2. Unilateral femoral neck fracture 3. Time from injury less than 2 weeks;4.No previous history of femoral neck fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Old femoral neck fracture; 2. Pathological fracture; 3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, congenital hip dysplasia, or avascular necrosis of the femoral head; 4. Patients with other severe metabolic diseases; 5. Long-term alcohol abusers or steroid users.
