Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. General Inclusion Criteria (for all study participants) (1) Aged >= 45 years, regardless of gender; (2) Possess full civil capacity and be able to understand the purpose and procedures of this study; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the Informed Consent Form approved by the Ethics Committee. 2. Group-Specific Inclusion Criteria (All criteria for the corresponding group must be met simultaneously for enrollment) A. Diabetic Osteoarthritis Group (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis. B. Osteoarthritis Group (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis; (2) Normal glucose metabolism parameters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary osteoarthritis, including but not limited to post-traumatic, rheumatoid and gouty arthritis; 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with research-related evaluations.
