Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns on mechanical ventilation; 2.Newborns with complete clinical data; 3.Newborns who are hospitalized again within the first year of life;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe congenital malformations [including complex congenital heart disease (requiring surgical intervention), congenital airway malformations, chromosomal abnormality syndromes, etc.] that directly affect the prognosis assessment of the respiratory system; 2.Those who died or voluntarily discharged during hospitalization (with family members giving up treatment); 3.Key clinical data are missing (such as gestational age, birth weight, duration of mechanical ventilation, and diagnosis of primary disease), making it impossible to complete the analysis of core variables; 4.Those who were lost to follow-up within 12 months after discharge, or whose reasons and time of re-admission were not clearly recorded; 5.Individuals who are readmitted to the hospital due to non-disease factors such as accidental injuries, non-disease-related surgeries, or transfers for non-medical reasons after being discharged; 6.Individuals who are concurrently involved in other interventional clinical studies may face potential treatment interference or data overlap issues;
