Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; Transthoracic echocardiography confirmed obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (at rest or after challenge: left ventricular outflow tract gradient >=30 mmHg), left ventricular ejection fraction >=55%, symptomatic, and New York Heart function class II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous participation in a clinical trial involving Mavacamten. 2. Prior history of septal reduction therapy for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
