Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 45-55 in the perimenopausal period (menstrual disorders: amenorrhea >= 2 months or menstrual changes >= 7 days/cycle); 2. Perimenopausal patients with sleep disorders who meet the criteria (PSQI > 5, and also meet HAMA >= 7, HAMD >= 7, FSH > 10 IU/L); 3. Long-term residents of plateau areas in Qinghai Province with an average elevation >= 2500 meters, and continuous residence time >= 5 years

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction; ALT > 120 U/L, Child-Pugh >= B; eGFR 106 µmol/L; 2. Thrombotic events occurred within 6 months; 3. Glycated hemoglobin > 8.5%;
