20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20–38 years; 2. With a history of one previous lower segment cesarean section; 3. Diagnosed with CSD by hysteroscopy or ultrasonography; 4. Undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles (HRT cycles or natural cycles); 5. Transfer of high-quality day 3 cleavage-stage embryos or blastocysts; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other uterine malformations (e.g., septate uterus); 2. Severe intrauterine adhesions (SIUA); 3. Endometriosis (stage III–IV); 4. Chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF); 6. Endometrial thickness < 7 mm on the day of embryo transfer; 7. With contraindications to oxytocin.
