30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 30 and 70 years old; (2) Diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) via polysomnography (PSG), or enrolled in the normal control group; (3) The subjects themselves or their legal representatives have signed the informed consent form in person, and are capable of completing the depression and emotional scale ratings mentioned in the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with previous cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and other diseases; (2) intracranial or extracranial artery stenosis =50 or occlusion; (3) TCD examination could not be completed due to the lack of acoustic Windows of temporal bone on both sides. (4) The difference of blood flow velocity between bilateral MCA was greater than 20%; (5) prior treatment for sleep apnea, such as continuous airway CPAP; (6) total sleep time (TST) < 4 hours;me.
