Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruitment criteria: 120 college students with depressive symptoms (selected based on the BDI-II scale, with a score of >=13), aged between 18 and 25 years old, with no restrictions on gender, and without any history of serious physical diseases or neurological and mental disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No regular exercise before the test; 2. No vigorous activity before the test; 3. Severe musculoskeletal diseases; 4. Attendance rate lower than 70%.
