18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is aged 18-25, with no gender preference; possesses a natural dentition and requires extraction of premolars due to orthodontic needs; 2. Periodontal tissue is healthy, with a probing depth (PD) of =3 mm, no loss of periodontal attachment, and a gingival index <0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from systemic diseases or infectious diseases; 2. Long-term use of drugs such as phenytoin that cause gingival hyperplasia, or having used antibiotics within the past 3 months And other drugs that may affect the oral microbiota; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, individuals with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities; 4. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (>=180/110mmHg), recent myocardial infarction (within 6 months), severe arrhythmias, and other severe cardiovascular diseases; hematological diseases; uncontrolled diabetes, and other contraindications to tooth extraction.
