Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2024From March 15, 2025 to December 1, 2025, 35 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and 35 healthy volunteers (age, gender and educational level matched) were hospitalized in the pain department.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia and other types of pain disorders; 2. Use of antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, anti-tumor drugs, etc., in the past month; 3. A history of chronic severe infections; 4. A history of intestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease, a history of gastrointestinal surgery, etc.); 5. Patients with other combined neurological diseases; 6. Uncontrolled mental disorders and communication disorders.
