Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cross-sectional studies 1. Age 10-18 years old; 2. BMI = 85th percentile for children and adolescents of the same age and gender (standards for children and adolescents aged 6-17) or BMI = 24 kg/m² (standards for adults aged 18); 3. Able to independently complete questionnaire filling; 4. The subject and guardian sign the informed consent form. Intervention Study 1. Age 10-18 years; 2. BMI = 85th percentile for children and adolescents of the same sex and age (standard for 6-17 years old) or BMI = 24 kg/m² (adult standard for 18 years old); 3. Able to complete questionnaires independently; 4. Completed the questionnaire survey; 5. Participants and their guardians have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cross-sectional studies 1.Suffering from severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. 2.Secondary obesity due to endocrine diseases (such as hypothyroidism), genetic metabolic diseases, etc. 3.Participated in mindfulness or emotion regulation interventions in the past 3 months. 4.Presence of dyslexia or inability to cooperate with completing the measurement; Intervention Study 1. Individuals with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 2. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine diseases (such as hypothyroidism), genetic metabolic diseases, etc.; 3. Participation in mindfulness or emotion regulation-related interventions in the past 3 months; 4. Presence of dyslexia or inability to cooperate in completing measurements.
