Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: Literature Content Analysis Inclusion Criteria: 1. Study subjects are patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. 2. Study types: clinical practice guidelines, evidence summaries, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, expert consensus, RCTs, CCTs. 3. Main content: patients' self-management methods. 4. Language: Chinese and English. Phase 2: Qualitative Research Inclusion Criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of SCI-NB according to the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (2019 version) and the Neurogenic Bladder Nursing Practice Guidelines (2017 version). 2. Age >=18 years. 3. Ability to read and understand and to use a smartphone. 4. Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally. 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation. Phase 4: Part 1: Usability Study of the WeChat Mini Program Inclusion Criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury according to the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (2019 version) and the Neurogenic Bladder Nursing Practice Guidelines (2017 version). 2. Age >=18 years. 3. Ability to use a smartphone and read and understand. 4. Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally. 5. Be informed about the study and voluntarily participate. Phase 4: Part 2: Effectiveness Study of the WeChat Mini Program Inclusion Criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury according to the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (2019 version) and the Neurogenic Bladder Nursing Practice Guidelines (2017 version). 2. Age >=18 years. 3. Ability to read and understand and to use a smartphone. 4. Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally. 5. Be informed about the study and voluntarily participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phase 1: Literature Content Analysis Exclusion Criteria: 1. Studies focusing on the effectiveness of treatment measures from a clinical perspective 2. Full texts not available 3. Older guidelines that have been updated 4. Literature with a quality rating of C Phase 2: Qualitative Study Exclusion Criteria: 1. Unstable condition, combined with other serious organ diseases or complications 2. Dysfunction of both hands and inability of family caregivers to assist with catheterization 3. History of mental illness Phase 4: Part One Usability Study of the WeChat Mini Program Exclusion Criteria: 1. Unstable condition, combined with other serious organ diseases or complications (such as spinal cord tumor, lung infection, heart failure, etc.) 2. Dysfunction of both hands and inability of family caregivers to assist with catheterization 3. History of mental illness Phase 4: Part Two Effectiveness Study of the WeChat Mini Program Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with unstable condition, combined with other serious organ diseases or complications, such as spinal cord tumor, lung infections, heart failure, etc. 2. Dysfunction of both hands and inability of family caregivers to assist with catheterization 3. Patients with a history of mental illness
