Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Patients undergoing or PTCA during this hospitalization; 3.Patients with successful postoperative procedures and NYHA cardiac functional classification of Class I to Class III; 4.Patients with reading ability and the ability to communicate and answer questions normally; 5.Patients who provide informed consent and agree to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of depression, dementia, or other mental illnesses; 2.patients with severe complications such as malignant arrhythmia and acute left heart failure.
