Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre-pregnancy BMI is between 18.5 and 23.9 kg/m², and pre-pregnancy waist circumference is less than 80 cm; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. No history of diabetes or insulin resistance before pregnancy; 4. No history of major chronic diseases (such as coronary heart disease, chronic liver disease, immune deficiency, etc.); 5. Participants have the ability to fully understand the purpose and requirements of the study on their own and voluntarily provide blood samples, fecal samples, and information required for the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not conceive naturally; 2. Weight gain during pregnancy exceeds the recommended range (weight gain of =4.5kg within 12 weeks of pregnancy, or =8.5kg before 28 weeks of pregnancy); 3. There are pregnancy complications (such as hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 4. Having taken antibiotics, microecological live bacteria preparations, etc. within 4 weeks before sampling; 5. There was a history of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases within 4 weeks before sampling.
