Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged < 19 years; 2.Diagnosis of glioma confirmed according to the 2021 WHO Classification of Tumors of the Central Nervous System; 3.Preoperative conventional MRI examinations performed, including T1-weighted (T1W), T2-weighted (T2W), T2-fluid attenuated inversion recovery (T2-FLAIR), contrast-enhanced T1W, and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) sequences; 4.Interval between preoperative MRI and surgery < 2 weeks; 5.Complete postoperative pathological and molecular data available, including key molecular markers such as H3K27M mutation status, BRAF genetic alteration types (V600E mutation and KIAA1549-BRAF fusion), IDH mutation status, histone H3.3 G34 mutation status, and Ki-67 proliferation index;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor quality of preoperative MR images; 2.Incomplete clinical or pathological data; 3.History of prior treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy) before the preoperative MRI;
