ETCO2 group:Chest compressions performed with real-time ETCO? > 10 mmHg as the target to guide and optimize compression quality (adjusting compression position, depth, and rate)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) admitted to the emergency center, with an established artificial airway; 2.Time from cardiac arrest to initiation of CPR does not exceed 10 minutes (if the arrest occurred prehospital and the patient was transported by ambulance, information regarding whether CPR duration exceeded 10 minutes will be obtained from ambulance medical staff). 3.Age >=18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years; 2.Pregnant women; 3.Chest trauma affecting chest compressions; 4. Patient family refusal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR); 5.Patients with malignant tumors under palliative care; 6.Patients deemed unsuitable for resuscitation by the research team; 7. Patients receiving ECMO therapy during resuscitation.
