Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction / cerebral hemorrhage in Diagnostic Essentials of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; 2. Age 18-80 years; 3. First-ever stroke, disease duration >2 weeks; 4. Brunnstrom stage of lower limb III or above; 5. Able to walk independently, or with a cane or AFO; 6. Able to cooperate with assessments and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2.(2) Severe diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, liver or other organs; 3.(3) Severe hearing or visual impairment; 4.(4) Severe mental and psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression; 5.(5) Severe bone, joint or muscle diseases that prevent the patient from cooperating with the training.
